Diabetic Fudge Brownies Recipe

2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. melted butter or oil
1/2 c. Fudge Sweet, softened
1/2 c. Fruit Sweet
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Sift flour and baking powder; set aside. Blend the eggs, butter or oil, Fudge Sweet, Fruit Sweet and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and blend thoroughly. Add walnuts. Pour mixture into greased and floured 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until cake springs back at a light touch. Doubled recipe will fit into double size cookie pan.

Chocolate Chip Fudge Cookies

1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cups Butter or margarine
1 Egg
1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cups Brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 2/3 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

In heavy saucepan, melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips with butter, stirring constantly. Beat egg with sugars and vanilla until creamy. Mix in the melted chocolate. Combine flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine milk with lemon juice and stir until thick. Add the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture alternately with milk mixture. Stir in nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Chill dough for 1 hour. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
